Hugh Kretschmer, a Los Angeles native, grew up in a family of artists. Influenced by his father’s photography skills and his mother’s knowledge of early 20th-century art, Hugh developed a unique approach to visual problem-solving. He earned a BFA from the Art Center College of Design and later moved to New York City in 1995, where he focused on Photo-Illustration
